Parking Spot Therapy provides relational individual and couples therapy to help you or you and your partner navigate life’s challenges, triumphs, and all the things in between.

Parking Spot Therapy operates as a telehealth, private-pay practice. All sessions are provided through a confidential and secure platform. Telehealth services allow you to attend sessions within the comfort and convenience of your own space.

Individual Therapy

 

You’ve found a spot but now you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, on top of your everyday needs. Not to mention you may be experiencing loneliness and isolation even when you have friends and loved ones around.

In individual therapy, we will work together to address the problems that have been troubling you and you’ll be given the space and time you need to explore yourself and just be.

Couples Therapy

 

You’ve found a spot but maybe you got into a fight on the way, or maybe it’s just not as fun as it once was. Perhaps you just want to make sure things are still going great.

In couples therapy, we will work on learning, or relearning, each other while fostering an environment of openness and safety within your boundaries.
